How much transmission fluid goes into a 1995 explorer i have 4x4 XLT model? I think its 10 quarts but not 100% sure. Now im bringing it in a few months to have a transmission oil change not a flush those are bad ive heard. I'm going to bring the mechanic all the fluids and filter and gasket etc, how many quarts should i get and what kind? When they do a change and drop the pan how much comes out 5-6 quarts? I dont want it to be overfilled because i know a lot stays inside the tranny. Ok thanks in advance.
