Starter and all connections good all fuses and relays good battery good. The way to get started is to turn to start position and shake steering wheel back and forth vigorously. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be in the master electrical switch that is connected to the key switch.

Try Youtube to see a video for replacement of the electrical keyswitch.

I just replaced the electrical switch in my wife's 2002 Mazda Tribute @178,000 miles giving a similar issue.

Rockauto had the part for $12 or so.
