2008 Explorer EB 4.0 Dash warning lights problem

Hello all.

I have a 2008 Exp EB 4.0 4x4.
For the last year the dash warning lights will come on and buzzers will sound off intermittently.
Sometimes one or two warnings. Sometimes all of them, including brakes, tire monitor, tire sensor fault, engine, doors ajar, etc.
I have replaced at separate times: The electronic portion of the ignition switch, the battery, the starter, the alternator. I have added a ground to the radio as it too will begin cutting in and out. This might happen all day long every 1 to 10 minutes or it may happen once a week.
I have connected an OBD reader and get no codes. Battery shows 13.5 volts before starting and 11.8 when on.
