2014 - A/C not blowing cold

I have a 2014 3.5 V6, A/C isn’t blowing cold on any setting. Checked the refrigerant charge, it says full. Compressor is coming on as it should, engine RPM changes (sounds like it’s under load). But no cold air.
Has anyone had a similar issue?
