2015 Explorer sport running rough chattering

I have a 2015 Explorer sport it started running rough dying when stopping and is making the chattering noise for me using the stethoscope it sounds like it's coming from me intake valves I am getting codes p o o 16 and 17 any help would be appreciated we just had the oil changed but it it looks awful dirty for 2 week old oil
