Sometimes, when I press the brake and hit the push button start, the vehicle does not start. WHY? It's very frustrating.

I bought this Explorer back in April, and until this month it had happened maybe 4 or 5 times and would correct itself within a few hours, sometimes minutes.

In the past month however, it was out of commission for a few days at a time.

Anyone know a fix or what the problem is??

push button/release and let the system "ARM", wait a couple seconds push button again and hold for start-
Check the fuse
Push hard on the brake

Thanks for the feedback... Tried just about everything..
Did you eventually resolve your issue..
I will attempt to install a stroger battery.. I read the fords battery is not good.

My issue was never solved... I have a good aftermarket battery and it still didn't help. Ford shop is next.
