Had to bring my 2017 Ford Explorer XLT with only 7000 miles because the transmission was giving me problems. It was slipping and grinding. They checked it out and they said it was an internal bearing that was bad.
Got an update. They said it was the tourque convertor that was bad. It was causing all the slipping and surging. Go figure. I researched this problem and found out it's rare. Just my luck...LOL
