2020 Driver’s power window control panel stuck for driver’s side passenger window

The switch on the drivers door to control the rear driver side power is stuck, constantly sending a signal to the window to raise the glass. In turn we keep hearing a noise like a tennis ball bouncing in the door while the vehicle is powered on. Is there a fuse to cut power to driverside rear passenger window motor?

Looks like fuse 38 on the passenger fuse panel. Is this safe to pull out? It controls the power to both rear door windows.
Won't hurt. Sounds like the switch is bad, though. If you engage the window lock, what does it do?

Still keeps trying to raise the window. Because the drivers switch is constantly telling the rear window to go up it overrides any switch positions from the left rear door. It feels funny too like it can’t be switched up.
