What door is it coming from?
I hear a "tin" like rattle on my '21 but I think I narrowed it down to the driver side D pillar
It might be something rattling under the passenger front seat.Does it happen when you drive alone? If so get someone to sit on the front passenger seat and see the noise I still there. I heard the same rattle today on mine...it sounds like it's coming from under the front passenger seat...I will keep you posted....

Thanks for the replies. This rattle is definitely coming from inside driver’s side door. It’s gotten so much worse recently…due in part I’m sure to the fact there’s less other noise now that my studded snows are off. Very disappointed for the amount of money I paid for this rig. It sounds like a tin can! Hoping a local Ford dealership can resolve without charging me!! Very frustrating…

There are the covers on the bottom of the vehicle and have found the one on the passenger side is poorly secured and causes a rattle that can only be heard in vehicle that sounds exactly from the door... I had my wife drive and kept moving my head around to try to pin point it. Took me a long while to figure out where it was coming from. Hope that helps.

Did you find a way to fix this? And you are referring to your covered on the exterior undercarriage/side?
2021 35000 miles both front doors rattle Glad it’s a rental it’s going back. Usually get new grand cherokees. For sure would never buy an explorer it’s a nagging constant noise at fwy speeds

It’s the felt-like undercarriage covers. They’re poorly secured. Still looking for long term solves myself.

I too have a 2021 Explorer and when I approach speeds of 45 mph or if it is windy out I hear a rattling coming from either the drivers side door or the rear side passenger door. I feel it is something on that plastic on the bottom of the door on the outside. Has anyone been able to fix it? I’m wondering if they take it off if there is a piece of loose plastic that starts rattling? HELP
I have the same problem. It is driving me nuts. Has anyone found a way to fix it?
