Anyone here had the pleasure of replacing the AC compressor? Were you able to make the switch coming at it from underneath? I'm looking this over before starting and it seems like I may need to come at it from both directions and remove the upper radiator hose, radiator fan, and maybe the passenger fender splash sheild. I would appreciate if anyone who has completed this repair could share the steps taken to get access to the compressor.

I hate to state this, but there are separate sections on this in the workshop manual, whether you have the 3.5L naturally aspirated, or the 3.5L Ecoboost. It's another case where not enough info provided, leaves people wondering and guessing if they are wasting their time or being helpful with applicable info.

I go the extra mile so here are workshop manual sections on removal and installation for both engines, for a '14 but I doubt much changed over only one model year.
