Bluetooth Connectivity

Anybody else having problems connecting to their phone after starting the engine on a 2016 Explorer LTD? (The phone IS paired corrected) This problem started for me about 3 months ago where the phone won't connect after the first couple of engine starts per day.

My dealer has no idea why this is happening.
