I just bought a 2022 Explorer Limited (less than 200 miles)

I washed the car yesterday and while washing the car with the key FOB in my pocket, it seemed as though the rear door locks were opening, closing, clicking, etc. a lot when I was washing the rear doors. Since then, the rear doors make intermittent clicking noises when the car is on. Is this a shorted solenoid or something else? Check out the following vides:

Also, when I enter the car after I have not ridden it a while (an hour +), I hear a mechanical sound in the area of the steering wheel which seems wrong. Check out the following video:

I have scheduled an maintenance appointment but I have to wait almost 3 weeks and I am frustrated with having to deal with this with a brand new car.

Any thoughts?

Both my Mustang and Explorer do that. It "knows" when you're nearby, so it clicks and clacks to say "hello".
