I have a 2011 Explorer with a check engine light on. I took it to my local repair shop and they said the code said I needed a new catalitic converter. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I know which one needs to be replaced? Thanks

I don’t know he didn’t tell me. Just said it said the problem was with the converter

Buy a code reader and see for yourself. It may only be an O2 sensor.
