Check engine light on 48 hours after a battery change

Hello. My first post. I got a battery change in my Explorer 2013, done at the Ford official dealer here in Dominican Republic, and after 48 hours I got the check engine light on, all the time
Any idea on how to fix it?

Code scanner to read what fault code the PCM is giving will lead you to trouble shoot the problem of engine light staying on.

A local big chain parts store (not sure who is in Dominican
Republic) should be able to scan it for free from the
ODB II connector under the dash beneath the steering column.
