2014 V6 Explorer 112k miles on it. I replaced all 4 pads and rotors and 3 of the calipers two years ago. The only caliper that was not replaced was the front right. The rear two were sticking and creating angular wear on the pads.

I’ve been getting a squeaking or chirping from the front passenger side wheel that seems to go away when the brakes are applied. I was also getting some shuddering when the braking harder. A few weeks ago I disabled the brake system and cleaned/lubed. That seemed to stop the noise for a few days. This morning, I replaced the caliper. After a little while of driving, I noticed the squeaking return after going away for a bit. Thankfully the shuddering when braking hard is gone. The rotor and pads still have plenty of life and look to be in good shape. Could this be a wheel hub or axle going? I’ve already replaced a hub in this vehicle and the shop had a heck of a time getting it out of the knuckle.

Just a thought reading this, maybe if you got brake cleaner on a bushing or rubber mount on the forks, swing arms, whatever, it dried it out and occasionally rubbing. I started using silicon lube on my suspension bushing, as there's so much cancer under my explorer, I'm afraid of stripping or snapping hardware.
