I have a 2017 Ford Explorer xlt. The passenger side heated seat works just fine. The driver stopped working recently. I checked the fuse under hood and it’s good. I checked the volts under the seat coming out of the harness and it has 5 volts. I read about a splice that might be bad but I can’t find that splice anyone have any ideas?

Did you ever discover what was wrong? I have the same issue with my 2015 Explorer.
