Have a 2021 Ford Explorer LTD. The easy entry seat does not seem to be working. Had a 2017 that the seat would move rearward and "bottom out" to allow for me to enter after my 5' tall wife exits it. Would automatically go to the easy entry position. The 2021 Exp stops before reaching the lowest seat height. It seems to only go to the height I have set for driving. Taken it in but no luck. Otherwise my wife and I both believe this is the best car/SUV we've ever owned.

I have a 2021 Ford Explorer Limited. The owner's manual states that the Easy Entry and Exit feature moves the driver's seat rearward approximately 2 inches. It does not say anything about height adjustment. You can use the Memory Function located on the door panel to recall one of three PreSet positions, which will adjust driver seat height and forward distance, along with several other settings. This function setting can also be linked up with a unique key fob.

Interesting, my 2017 had a "home" setting that took it from any set position used by anyone to a lowest and rearward setting. When my wife is only 5' tall just moving it back makes me hit my head further back on the top of the door opening. Whoever changed it from 2017 was not thinking or a very short person.
