anybody hear that ford expolrer 2.0 ecoboost will be discontinued on late this year?

as korean dealer said that explorer 2.3 4wd ecoboost will debut on 2015 so 2.0 2wd will discontinued.

they going to have 3.5 limited also

is that right? or just rumor?

It would make sense, the 2.3 is expected to generate over 300 hp, and would allow awd option with it.

As far as Ford Motor Company states, the 2.0 Ecoboost is only available in front wheel drive. The only benefit would be fuel mileage. As far a power on reserve, well it's pretty lame..That's why it's only available in front wheel drive..Sorry..
