Ford Explorer 2.0l Ecoboost Real World Gas Mileage

I'd like to know what kind of gas mileage / fuel economy everyone's getting in the Ford Explorer with the 2.0l Ecoboost motor? Does the window sticker seem to be accurate?

I have to say pretty good, my wife does city highway mix and has over 68K miles summer she averages about 21.5 mpg, past winter in Michigan very cold and was still getting about 19.5 mpg
