My new 2020 did not come with heated seats do you think the heating elements are already in the seat and does the car already have a wiring harness
for the switches.....Just curious.

Usually the car will be wired for things like that but the seats will not be equipped with the elements.

The place to check would be the seat connector, but I agree with elyk864...Ford typically would include the wiring for a feature but not the feature itself. Cost can be saved by getting seats without elements, but cost is likely higher to wire all the trucks differently.
