How can I program the rear doors to unlock when I put the 2015 Exp in park?

Whenever I park my 2015 Explorer Limited, I have to push the door unlock button or the rear passengers are unable to open their door. How can I resolve this so that when I put the vehicle in park the rear doors will open without my having to unlock them?
