Installing a VIPER 3100v 94 explorer xlt

Hey, so I pulled the door trigger out for my 94 ford explorer xlt and it doesn't not turn on the doom light or the rear hatch light, help? (Solid) red wire is getting a positive feed when pressed. Black and light blue is getting no response from a multi-meeter at any state (pushed in or not) I've soldered the wires where there was a fray and it still doesn't do anything. Can I tap into the (Solid) Red wire instead of using the Light blue and Black wire???
