Hi all! I get 2019 Explorer with 57k miles on odometer. What maintenance should I do first? 3.5L V6
Does that mean you just bought it? Change the oil and filter, even if the seller said they already did that. Inspect/clean plugs, inspect brakes, tires, hoses, belts. Replace cabin air and engine filters, rotate tires. Flush the brake system and cooling system. Inspect the transfer case and differential fluids.

That depends on what you have maintenance records for. Depending on your perceived integrity of the seller, I would not assume any fluids have been changed besides oil, and maybe not that in a long while, but many sellers do, at least change the oil just so it looks as clean as it can.

If it is AWD, it is due for its 2nd transfer case fluid change, within the idea that it should be changed every 30K mi or sooner still if in a severe service scenario to get best life out. This is a weak spot in the drivetrain at earlier miles than the rest.

Everything else is inspection, though if it's the V6 engine, having an internal water pump would make me want to flush and fill with Motorcraft yellow coolant, VC-13G.

Check for open recalls on it.
