Hi All,

I need a little help here. The dealership replaced the battery for my 2014 Explorer Sport, right now my sunshade is working fine only the tilt or open not working. I check both fuse outside the engine bay and inside under the console, all look good. When i push the right side button the sunshade work, the middle and left side nothing happen and i don't here any sound. Anybody have some suggestions?

Hi andrasi,

I got the same problem. Let me know if you find the issue. I know that in the engine bay there are fuses but, I didn't see any fuses inside of the Sport, where they are at?. Mine is a 2013 model.

Hi... did you ever get this issue Resolved? I have a 2014 Ford Explorer Limited and my Sunroof Opens on it's Own (kid you not) and won't close? the Shade works... Not the Moon/Sun-Roof...? Did you have to by the Control Panel?

I Have the SAME EXACT ISSUE 2014 Explorer!!! Came out to find that it was tilted OPEN. (on it's own!!!!!). Now the moonroof does not close. It will open and the shade works but won't close. WTF I have had more issues with the Explorer. I never will buy a Ford product again!!! Other issues, lift gate motor went bad, air conditioning went out due to refrigerant lines linked $$$$$. Power steering went out $$$$. POOR QUALITY
