Ford Ex 2017 sound system somehow switches from its current mode back to FM at road bumps or when I drive on rough bumpy roads. Any idea what could be loose or wrong?
Example: Bluetooth, Google maps, or Youtube could be running and then disconnects - switches to FM radio when I hit a bump.. Its really annoying when you are on the hand's free telephone and boom, you cant hear the caller!
