Picking up a 2015 Sport tomorrow, Black on black with all the bells and whistles, high mileage but cosmetically excellent, dealer has to replace water pump and check some codes I found when I hooked up my code reader.
Looking forward to putting my 2016 SHO in the garage for the winter with my 2001 Ford Lightning.

Any suggestions regarding mild performance upgrades would be appreciated

The 2015 Sport I picked up has 100k miles, dealer did great prep replacing water pump, addressing any recalls and codes. I just took a 600 mile weekend trip, rides smooth and quiet and a nice tight ride. Average 20.2 mpg on trip, love the power of the twin turbo. Overall very satisfied with purchase. This is gen 2 motor which is something to look for. Hope this helps.
