2004 Explorer battery died in cold weather, replaced battery. Now no crank no start. Checked fuses, swapped relays, ohmed out transmission position switch. Starter turns when jumped switch wire, but won’t start. No stored trouble codes. Running out of ideas!

Truck is a v6. I think I’ve isolated the problem. The security light flashes really fast with the key in the on position. The truck no longer recognizes the chip in my keys. Have contacted the dealer about a solution. Thanks anyway!
