I have a 2015 Sport with this option. All I can say is that it's a pleasure. The remote never leaves my pocket. Only issue is that you have to remember to give it to the valet when they are parking it for you. That's the only issue...

Our brand new 2015 LTD wouldn't start the other evening. Neither fob would work. Usual "pilot error" tricks like stepping on the brake etc. didnt seem to solve anything. We talked to the dealer and he suggested disconnecting the pos(+) post on the battery, waiting and then doing a re-boot. Nothing!
It was late so we arranged a pick up tow for the morning and met the guy to get the car picked up. Just before we put it on the hook, my wife tried it again and it started up fine and has worked ever since. Dealer said " if it is working, don't bring it in since we cant tell anything if it is working."
Two questions.
Anyone have a similar issue?
Can't they search the computer and find out where the problem was?
Any help would be appreciated.

Talk to another dealer as one who tells you to remove the positive battery terminal is a fool ! It should always be the negative side first due to the fact if you touch the frame or something metallic with your wrench while taking off the positive you can really get burnt!

These cars have a really complicated positive pole. It is all in a plastic box which fits into a fitting. It requires a screw driver to depress a tab so you can remove it. It is NOT your father's positive pole. They have now told us that they have completely re-installed everything and it should be fine.....but if it should happen again, to leave it alone, haul it to the dealer and then maybe they can figure it out. LA LA LA LA ! We are documenting everything and watching and waiting. NY has a good Lemon Law.They so far have eaten over $500.00 in rental car fees so it isn't as if they are stonewalling us.
We'll see.
