Hi,
I have a 2002 Explorer XLS, 4.0 L, ABS, etc... that I got from my Brother-in-law. My rear differential was leaking so while removing the cover, the top bolt snapped off. So, in order to make things easier, I removed the diff. from the truck. In doing so, I noticed that the wires going to the sensor were broken. How do I know which wire goes where? Is there a way to find out via a multi-meter? BTW... THE ABS LIGHT IS ON. CEThe connector is ok. I just need to solder the wires. (BTW... My machine shop guy fixed the broken bolt for me. I don't have an oxy-acetylene torch ; just a Mapp torch.).
