Just signed up for this forum and need some help with a rear view camera issue. I have a 2012 Explorer and have just had the rear view camera replaced at the Ford dealership in my area. The grid lines are not showing when the camera is in use. The settings are correct not only verified by me but also by the Ford tech that replaced the camera. After a new camera is installed is there a configuration that should be done? The tech had no idea what the problem was.
