I have a 2005 ford explorer with a rough idle i have the 4.0l but i am getting no codes... i have currently checked all my vacum lines for cracks i have a new PCV valve on the way and a new throttle position sensor. Any other suggestions on why i would have a rough idle with no codes?

That is a hard one to diagnose without a good starting point.

Like many, you have chased the suspect vacuum leak, another method would be spraying carb cleaner at suspect areas to notice a change in idle.

Last place you bought fuel before the rough idle ? (Bad gasoline).

Fuel filter, air filter recent changed ? How about cleaning the MAF with MAF cleaner ?

So many things it's like throwing a dart at a dart board.
