Is there a view on when there will be an upgrade to Sync 4 on the Explorer 2022 models?

There is no path to upgrade from Sync 3.4 to 4 since that hardware they run on is different. The most we can hope for is that Sync 3.5 (whenever that comes out) will be an improvement.
