I have a 2012 Limited and I followed the ford instructions and put the files on the thumbdrive, but its stalled at "installing file 4 of 10" for an hour now. I took out the thumbdrive hoping to do a master reset, but now it keeps asking for the usb again. How do i make it stop asking for the usb so i can reset it or how do i make it continue updating?
