Hello, im new to the forum, not sure where to put this question, i have a 2016 limited, the driver side tail light running light is dim on start up but brightens a little with a tap, gets very bright but then dims again, i know the housing is sealed, brake lights work fine, was wondering if anyone has had this happen and if its a wiring issue that i can fix before i spend the money on a new one or if the led is just going out.

Assuming it's incandescent, that would be a poor connection on the hot or the ground. Check the lamp connections for corrosion or maybe a pinched wire.
