Have a 2011 explorer and added a Reese hitch. The hitch came with electrical pigtail that plugged into vehicle wiring behind passenger rear wheel. This provided power to outlet for 6 months or so then quit. I'mar wheel getting no power to any of the seven prongs and pulled apart pigtail, cleaned and reinstalled to no avail. I'm unable to locate any fuses or relays to this part of harness which appears to only power trailer plug n play port (all my vehicle lights work regardless if weather the connectors are together or not).
Does anyone know where fuses or relays are located for the trailer plug import behind rear wheel?

I went to my go to site ALLDatadiy.com ( service manuals, wiring schematics , tech bulletins, recalls) and if I what I read as correct your bcm controls add ons like your pig tail addition, but has internal safety feature to shut down power. But I would do continuity test on all seven wires and move them around during test Good Luck
