On a 2018 Explorer Sport, the USB ports in the dash (below climate controls) and in the console between the driver and passenger have suddenly stopped working in that they will not charge a device or connect an iPhone. These ports worked fine until a couple of days ago. The port on the back of the center console still works.
I don’t see a listing for a fuse that is used for both of the non-functioning ports. I don’t have a meter handy to test them but both fuses 60 and 62 appear fine to a visual inspection.
Any ideas why these ports would stop working?
