The site is dedicated to the 5th generation of (2011+) Ford Explorers and the all new twin turbo powered 2013+ Ford Explorer Sport. problem about my new ford exlporer 2013

i have ford explorer 2013 with serial number 1fm5k8f82dgc12578 and i have the warrning ( transport active contact dealer). in addition the my ford touch not respond so i cant access to th phone function. further more i cant start engine from out side the vehicle although i apply all instruction given owners manual. not i just get my ford explorer 2013 and there is no serves near my city please give me an instruction about how i can overcome these problemes
