When it is cold outside, below 30F, and the 2002 Ford Explorer 4.6ltr V-8 starts fine, but immediately dies. I have to massage the gas pedal to keep it going, and even keep the RPM's up for it to keep running until it can run on its own. 150k miles and clean.
After research, I have changed the MAF, EGR, PCV, Thermostat, CHT Valve, and IAC Valve. I am particular on maintenance, and have used Intake Valve and Combustion Chamber cleaner 2x a year, and have cleaned off the throttle plate.
Any ideas what the issue could be?
