Can anyone identify what this part is called? The sort of shroud on the bottom of the windshield.
I have been searching for windshield lower trim piece or windshield moulding, etc, but there are few if any results.

Nope, that's not it.

The piece is called "Wiper Cowl" and it is better to buy it through a dealer, since the part costs about $160, but is around $200 to ship.
