2006 Explorer 4.0 L top end rebuild?!?My truck makes a terrible noise. I was told it could be a broken rocker arm but it drives great. The check engine light is on and the diagnostic told me it’s running a bit rich. Should I rebuild the top end and howwould it run fine!?🙀

"Noisy" would seem an understatement. All that banging and racket is causing pieces to come off the rocker arm into the oil. Can't be a good thing.
Bent maybe, i don't know about broken, but I'd guess that you'd see valve issues at the least.
I just rebuild the top end of my 1994, as for your I'd at least get down to the rockers and see
what's going on in there.
